Aviation Fun Day

 

Outlaw field, Saturday the 8th from 10:00am-2:00pm

North Central InstituteClarksville, TN – Outlaw Airfield, North Central Institute (NCI) will be hosting their Annual Aviation Day in recognition of Aircraft Maintenance Technicians.

Free activities will be on hand for the entire family, from the youngest to the oldest, including bounce houses, face painting, and a car show. Kick-off will begin at 10:00am with guest speakers: Montgomery County Mayor Carolyn P. Bowers and City Council Member Ward 1 – Nick Steward. This event will last until 2:00pm.

Some of the displays will include Clarksville Police Department D.A.R.E./S.W.A.T. team and Sheriff’s Office K-9 team/Ident-A-Kid Child Identification Program. Come for lunch and enjoy food from our local vendors. Be sure to visit the booths set up by sponsors from our community, or just browse and enjoy the free popcorn!

Tickets for the drawings are available for purchase now and through the day of the event, $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. Proceeds are to benefit Army Emergency Relief Fund (AER). Grand prize is a large flat screen TV, along with other great prizes donated from local businesses. You do not have to be present to win.
