APSU Sports: Austin Peay Baseball
Clarksville, TN – Ten Austin Peay State University baseball student-athletes are continuing their 2012 seasons in one of several summer collegiate baseball leagues across the country.

Rising junior catcher P.J. Torres will go the farthest afield this summer, traveling 4,000 miles from his home in Miami to Fairbanks, Alaska where he will play for the Mat-su Miners in the Alaskan Summer League.
Rising senior shortstop Reed Harper will play with the Fayetteville Swampdogs in the Coastal Plains League. Rising senior pitchers Casey Delgado and Tyler Rogers will both play for the Vermont Mountaineers of the New England Collegiate Baseball League.
Playing closer to home will be redshirt freshman infielder Jarrett Plunkett and rising sophomore catcher Britte Underwood who will each play in the Nashville Summer League.
