Clarksville Police Department asks Public Assistance in locating Steven Stillwell for fake checks

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Between the dates of November 14th, 2014 to November 19th, 2014, in multiple incidents Steven Bernard Stillwell was making fake checks and paying homeless individuals to cash the fake checks in different local banks.

In that time frame, a printer was found in a hotel room, and the room had been rented by Stillwell.

Clarksville Police Department asks Public Assistance in locating Steven Stillwell

Stillwell was placed in a photo line-up, and one of the homeless individuals did pick out Stillwell as one of the persons who gave him one of the fake checks to cash.

Each check totaled between $2,300.00 to just under $3,000.00.
