Clarksville, TN – On November 29th, 2015 at approximately 9:50pm, Clarksville Police officers responded to a shooting at an apartment complex at 378 Jack Miller Boulevard.
When they arrived they found 23 year old Devin Markell Blair of Clarksville who had suffered a gunshot wound. Mr Blair was transported to Gateway Medical Center where he died from his injuries.
