Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are looking for a Marty Lynn Mosier with three warrants on file. Moiser is 51, White/Male, height 5’6″, brown hair, and brown eyes.
On Thursday, August 9th, 2018, around 7:40pm, Detective Bartel, was checking residential construction sites at Abby Lou Drive and Whitfield Road, when he saw a blue Toyota truck backed into one of the lots.
There was a man loading large boxes into the bed of a truck from a pallet.
When the detective approached in uniform, the man jumped into the vehicle and drove away and would not stop when told to do so.
Detective Bartel identified the man as Marty Lynn Mosier and took out warrants for Theft, Evading, and Driving on Suspended License.
