Clarksville Gas and Water Department plans Kraft Street lane closure for Manhole Repair

Traffic congestion and delays expected

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has planned manhole repair work on Thursday, July 7th, 2022 at 9:00pm on Kraft Street and will close approximately 100 feet of the outer eastbound lane near the intersection of Kraft Street and North Second Street.

Traffic congestion and delays are expected and motorists may wish to choose an alternate travel route when possible. Motorists are asked to slow down and be alert to utility workers and their equipment when approaching the work zone.
The manhole repair work is anticipated to be finished and the lane reopened by approximately 1:00am on Friday.
