Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has planned water main repair on Thursday, July 10th, 2025, at 8:00am and will close the westbound lane on Hawkins Road from Oak Hill Drive to Southern Parkway.
Due to the water main repair, Hawkins Road will be closed from Oak Hill Drive to Southern Parkway.
Traffic will be detoured to Morgan Road, Virginia Drive, and Southern Parkway to avoid the work zone. Motorists are asked to slow down and be alert to utility workers and their equipment.
The water main repair work is anticipated to be finished and the lane reopened by approximately 3:00pm.
