Clarksville Obituary: Hazel Lee Hankins

July 3rd, 1931 — December 29th, 2025

McReynolds Nave and LarsonClarksville, TN – Hazel Lee Hankins, age 94 of Erin, TN, passed away December 29, 2025 at Dovercare, in Dover, TN.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00pm Wednesday, December 31st, 2025 at Cedar Hill Cemetery with Bro. Ray Bradley officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Family will receive friends from 10:30am until 12:30pm, at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home.

Hazel entered this life on July 3rd, 1931 in Shiloh, TN, daughter to the late Carney and Stella Baggett. Hazel retired after a fruitful career as a dietary aid in the healthcare industry where she had a love for cooking. Hazel lived a long life devoted to her family, marked by strength, love, and grace; she will be greatly missed.

In addition to her mother, Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Hankins; daughter, Wanda “Sue” Knight and her husband, William “Cledis” Knight; brothers, Stuart Baggett, and Stephen Baggett.

Survivors include her loving granddaughters, Cheri Lee Fulcher, Sandy (Kendall) Pereira; great-grandchildren, Zachary Fulcher, Candace Hughes, Michael Poche, Carmen Smith; step-great-grandchildren, Mikel Pereira, Zach Hern, Amber Wright; great-great-grandchildren, Knox Fulcher, McKinsley Smith, Kingston Smith, Lillith Poche, Cassius Poche, Skyler Araya, Riley Araya, Liam Riffle, and Madeline Hughes. 

Serving as pallbearers will be Zachary Fulcher, Chris Fulcher, Kendall Pereira, and Ray Bradley.
