Community joins in to continue research, awareness
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan has proclaimed May as Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Month in Clarksville and urges all citizens to learn more about and support those affected by Cystic Fibrosis.
Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disease that causes debilitating lung infection, progressive lung destruction and premature death. An estimated 30,000 Americans have Cystic Fibrosis and more than 10 million unknowingly carry the defective gene.
 Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan met with local members of the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and issued a proclamation designating May as Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Month in Clarksville. 2014 Go Commando Half Marathon Powered by CDE Lightband Road Closures announced

Clarksville, TN – Road closures for this weekend have been announced for the 4th Annual Go Commando Half Marathon, 10K, 5K and Fun Run, powered by CDE Lightband.
The following streets will experience intermittent delays from 7:00am to 11:30am on Saturday, October 18th.

Third Annual 65 Roses Car, Truck, and Bike Show benefiting Cystic Fibrosis to be held at Clarksville Speedway Saturday, June 21st

Clarksville, TN – On Saturday, June 21st, 2014, the third annual 65 Roses Car, Truck, and Bike Show will be held at the Clarksville Speedway.
The event is a 100% charity event to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and kicks off the final day of the Clarksville Fair.
