Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Today, July 26th, 2018 around 8:30am, Clarksville Police tracked down Brendan Earl, who had an Aggravated Assault warrant on file, to a residence on Lafayette Road.

When he saw Police, he took off running. He ran through a wood line and climbed a fence to evade officers. He ended up in the back yard of a residence at the 100 block of Charlemagne Drive.

Clarksville Police take Eric Davis into Custody after Fleeing from Officers

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Eric Tyreese Davis is now in custody after fleeing from Clarksville Police.

Around 11:50am, Clarksville Police Officer Evon Parkes was running radar on Warfield Boulevard and clocked a black BMW going 70 mph in a 50 mph zone. Officer Parkes activated his emergency equipment and pulled out behind the car to make a traffic stop.

Eric Davis crashes a BWM into a tree and flees the scene. Clarksville Police locate him later on Mason Court.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports Darren Walton Wanted in Three Counties

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says that Darren Ray Walton, 39, is wanted in three Tennessee counties for numerous counts of theft, burglary, and other crimes.

Walton has three warrants on file in Montgomery County. He is wanted for theft of property, evading, and a capias warrant for criminal impersonation, driving on suspended license, no registration, no insurance, and failure to use due care. He is also wanted for questioning in connection to recent thefts in the Montgomery County.

Total number of vehicles through the Checkpoint (US 41-A & State line) from May 20th, 2016 11:00pm to May 21st, 2016 1:00am were 437.

During this time, there were 234 vehicles stopped and 237 individuals charged.
