Nashville, TN – The Nashville Sounds Baseball Club announced its full promotional schedule for the 2017 season. The 71-game home schedule at First Tennessee Park features bobblehead and t-shirt giveaways, theme nights, special guest appearances and 14 musically-themed fireworks shows.
Dueling pianos presented by First Tennessee take center stage on Opening Day when the Sounds welcome the Oklahoma City Dodgers on Tuesday, April 11th. The Opening Day festivities include the first post-game fireworks show of the season.
Nashville, TN – The first-place Nashville Sounds begin a nine-day, eight-game homestand on Saturday, June 25th when they welcome two American Northern Division opponents to First Tennessee Park.
The first series is a four-game set against the Omaha Storm Chasers, the Triple-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals.
Following a team off day on Wednesday, June 29th, the Sounds host the Oklahoma City Dodgers, the Triple-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers from June 30th-July 3rd.

Nashville, TN – The Nashville Sounds return to First Tennessee Park on Friday, June 26th with a full slate of promotions for fans of all ages.
While the Sounds face off against the Oklahoma City Dodgers (Triple-A Los Angeles Dodgers) and Colorado Springs Sky Sox (Triple-A Milwaukee Brewers), the homestand will include two firework shows, a pair of t-shirt giveaways, the second Faith Night of the season and a special Independence Day jersey auction.
Nashville, TN – After 37 years serving as the Nashville Sounds’ ballpark, Greer Stadium will host its final Sounds homestand (#LastCheerAtGreer) beginning on Wednesday, August 20th.
The Sounds continue their playoff push with a pair of four-game series beginning with the Fresno Grizzlies (Triple-A Giants) from August 20th to August 23rd. The second half of the homestand will feature games against the Sacramento River Cats (Triple-A Athletics) from August 24th to August 27th.

Nashville, TN – The Nashville Sounds continue their #LastCheerAtGreer with the team’s sixth homestand of the year at Greer Stadium, which begins this Thursday, June 26th.
The eight-game homestand features a pair of four-game series against division rivals, as the Sounds will first play the New Orleans Zephyrs (Miami Marlins affiliate) from June 26th-29th and then resume the I-40 Cup Series with the Memphis Redbirds (St. Louis Cardinals affiliate) from June 30th-July 3rd.

Packed House Watches Logan Schafer Belt Two Homers For The Nashville Sounds
Nashville, TN – Brett Wallace belted a pair of homers to lead the Oklahoma City RedHawks to a 10-7 victory over the Nashville Sounds in front of 9,047 fans on Friday evening at Greer Stadium.
With the slugfest victory, the RedHawks gained a split of the four-game set with Nashville (30-45) and won the season series by a 13-3 margin. The Sounds finished their homestand with a 4-4 record.
Center fielder Logan Schafer hit a pair of home runs as part of a 4-for-5 evening for the Sounds, missing the cycle by a double. It marked the first multiple-homer game of his six-year career as well as the first two-homer effort by a Sound this season.
