The department saw a record 202 student-athletes named to the Athletics Director’s Honor Roll with at least a 3.0 GPA during the semester. In addition, a record 113 student-athletes were named to the Austin Peay Dean’s List with at least a 3.5 GPA. Austin Peay State University Cross Country Teams finishes well at OVC ChampionshipAustin Peay Sports Information
In the men’s 8K, Austin Peay finished eighth overall, defeating major OVC opponents Tennessee Tech, UT Martin, Jacksonville State and Tennessee State. Freshman runner Wesley Gray led the men’s side, finishing 31st out of 84 total runners with a time of 26:23.90.
