Clarksville Police Department releases further information on Lincoln Homes Shooting

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – In reference to the Ernest Shelton Drive incident Sunday night, May 10th, in which Clarksville Police Officers were dispatched to a report of a deceased person, the individual who was found with a single gunshot wound to the head inside his residence was 51-year-old Michael A. Ball.

A handgun was recovered at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information about this incident who has not been interviewed by police is asked to contact Detective Mike Ulrey at 931.648.0656.

Clarksville Police update on Lincoln Homes Shooting

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – In regards to the death investigation on Ernest Shelton Drive, the Clarksville Police are not searching for an armed suspect. There is no evidence to suggest that anyone else is in danger from this incident or that there is a threat to the community.

Clarksville Police make Homicide Arrest in August 2013 Body Found at Northwest High School Parking Lot case

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On August 6th, 2014, Detectives with the Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operations Unit made an arrest in the August 15th, 2013 murder of 38 year old Daniel Lamar Reed.

Reed was found deceased on the parking lot of Northwest High School from a gunshot wound.

Clarksville Police arrest step-father in death of 1 year old

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police were called to a Fort Campbell Boulevard Apartment Complex late last night in response to a 1 year old child not breathing.

Upon arriving on the scene, officers observed injuries on the child which appeared suspicious in nature.

The child, Winter Denny, age 1, was transported to Gateway Medical Center where she was pronounced deceased.

Clarksville Police charge Chad Bennett with Criminal Homicide

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Monday, April 14th, 2014 at 5:47pm, the Clarksville Police Department responded to the Rural King parking lot on Fort Campbell Boulevard in reference to an injured person. Chad Barry Bennett, a 29 year old Clarksville resident, said he was struck in the head by another individual and his car was stolen.

A silver 380 pistol was found in the parking lot of Rural King.

Clarksville Police Seeking Publics Assistance in Exit 8 Park and Ride Death

 

CPD LogoClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department is investigating the discovery of a body at the I-24 Exit 8 Park and Ride early this morning.  Police have released very few details about the death, but are asking for the public’s assistance.

He should be considered armed and dangerous.

Clarksville Police are looking for Carl Allen Whiteside Jr. in connection to Overnight Shooting

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are looking Carl Allen Whiteside Jr, who has a Criminal Homicide warrant on file for the overnight shooting death of Patrice Smith also known as “Apples” (B/F, DOB: 11-11-80).

Detectives working the case quickly developed Whiteside as a suspect in the shooting death of Patrice Smith. As the investigation progressed, information was discovered which linked Whiteside to the shooting of “Apples” and to Whiteside also being in the proximity of the area where the shooting occurred.

Clarksville Police are Investigating the Death of a Man found inside of a Car

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On April 29th, 2012, around 12:30am, Police were called to Victory Road in reference to a possible vehicle crash with injuries. A motorist stopped after he saw a vehicle which appeared to have run off the roadway.

He called Police when he could not awaken the man inside the vehicle. When officers arrived on Victory Road, they found a 22 year old man inside of a Subaru Impreza who was not responsive and had been shot.
