Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department will be reading meter routes on Saturday, January 20th, 2018 from 7:00am until 3:30pm. The revised meter reading schedule will help make-up for lost reading time due to recent inclement weather.
Workers will be reading meters on the following roads listed and possibly surrounding areas.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police say vehicle burglars have been working the Tiny Town Road/Pembroke Road area of Clarksville this week.
There have been two vehicle burglaries on Sunset Meadows Way, one on Sturdivant Drive, one on McManus Drive and another suspected attempt on McManus in which nothing was stolen, and one vehicle burglary Tobacco Road.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on Pembroke Road from Pembroke Place to Tiny Town Road for water main and water pressure valve maintenance.
The northbound lane of Pembroke Road will also be closed between Pembroke Place and the State Line Road.
The work is anticipated to be finished and water service restored and the lane reopened by approximately 1:00pm.
The outage affects the following areas: Fort Campbell Boulevard from state line to Tobacco Road, Tiny Town Road from Fort Campbell Boulevard to Green Acres Drive, Bellglade Trailer Park, Airport Road, Jack Miller Boulevard from Fort Campbell Boulevard to Executive Avenue (Capital Hills), Fort Campbell Boulevard from state line to Airport Road, State Line Road, Green Acres subdivision, Tiny Town Road from Green Acres Drive to Pembroke Road, Pembroke Road from Tiny Town Road to state line, Pembrook Estates, Fox Meadow Estates.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on Pembroke Road from Tiny Town Road to State Line Road to repair a fire hydrant.
The water outage and low water pressure may also affect residents in the surrounding area including Pembroke Place and Oak Park Drive during the work.
Clarksville Police Department gives Crime Prevention Reminders: Residential Burglaries and Vehicle Burglaries
Clarksville, TN – It is that time of the year when residential homeowners like to leave windows open, due to the mild temperatures. While having the windows open is fine when someone is at home, it may not be a good idea when the home is left vacant.

Clarksville, TN – On March 10th, around 10:30pm, Clarksville Police Officers responded to a call of a 21 year old man being threatened with a shotgun at 3414 Pembroke Road.
The 21 year old man was dropping off his 18 year old girlfriend at the residence when Jonathan Hargadine came outside on the porch with a shotgun and threatened to shoot the 21 year old if he did not leave.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Department of Electricity reports all power should be restored to all customer fed from our Edgoten Substation, Fort Campbell Boulevard from State Line Road to Tobacco Road, off Fort Campbell to Tiny Town Road, Airport Road, Bellglade Trailer Park, Jack Miller Boulevard from Fort Campbell Boulevard to Executive Avenue, Green Acres Subdivision, Pembroke Road.
Also power has been restored to most of our customers on circuit 244 out of District, The Landings, Riverwood Place, Southern Hills, and Benton Park. Tylertown Road and Sage Meadows is back in service as well.

Clarksville, TN – On August 15, 2012, around 8:30pm, Clarksville Police responded to the Kangaroo Express, 3300 Pembroke Road, after a man was stabbed with a knife described as a “Bowie Knife”. The stabbing occurred inside of a residence at 3414 Pembroke Road.
According to witnesses, friends were gathered at the residence for a dinner together. During the course of the evening, Jonathan Troy Hargadine, 49, and Jason Bennett, 20, engaged in a friendly wrestling match in which Hargadine was deemed the “loser”.
