A 17-year-old was charged with Theft  and another 17-year-old Juvenile was charged with Accessory after the Fact . All charges  stemmed from one incident.

According to Clarksville Police, on February 18,  officers responded to a call in reference to an Aggravated Robbery and Aggravated Burglary on Concord Drive.  Upon arrival,  officers made contact with Miles and Cluckey.

They claimed that while Miles was babysitting for Cluckey, a juvenile was allowed into the residence. They said the juvenile then took two weapons,  pushed Miles, and took $800.  Furthermore, Miles said additional male subjects kicked in the door, entered the residence, and ransacked the place.

The investigation by Detective Jones revealed that guns were taken but under different circumstances than reported.  Miles was not even in the residence when the firearms were taken. One of the 17-year-olds charged was invited into the residence and took the guns while visiting friends in the house.   When the friends could not get the juvenile to return the guns, they called Miles and Cluckey to tell them what happened.  That was when the false story was formulated.

The gun were taken but no force was ever used and there were never any males that kicked in the door.  The other 17-year-old was charged with Accessory after the Fact because he said he did not know the whereabouts of the juvenile with the guns, but later texted him telling him the police were looking for him.  The adults were booked into Montgomery County Jail; the 17-year-old who took the guns was transported to a Juvenile Holding Facility; and the other juvenile was cited and released to the parents.

The firearms were recovered and returned to the owner.
