Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are asking for the public’s assistance to locate a man for a welfare check.
Police received a report that the man had requested assistance about legal issues concerning his wife and two children. The man indicated he had been discharged from the military and has PTSD.
Police were told the man would appear to get angry, but would calm himself down by closing his eyes and breathing deep. He also visibly shook as he spoke. He said he contacted various agencies for assistance but to no avail.
Police would like to talk to him to ensure his safety and also to see if we can be of assistance.
The man was seen driving a older green Ford Mustang.
