Austin Peay State University Women’s Basketball announces Dean Walsh’s contract not renewed

Clarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University women’s basketball coach Carrie Daniels announced that assistant coach Dean Walsh’s contract will not be renewed for the 2014-15 season.

“Dean Walsh will not be returning with our women’s basketball program,” said Daniels. “I have decided to move in a different direction with that position. I wish Dean and his family the best and appreciate the time he spent at Austin Peay this past season.”

A search for Walsh’s replacement will begin immediately.
