Nick Honzik helps shape APSU’s fortunes

Clarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University Governors strength and conditioning coordinator Nick Honzik has been hard at work helping the Governors football team build bodies equipped to handle the rigors of a collegiate football season.

Honzik, a five-year member of the Austin Peay family who handles strength and conditioning for every Austin Peay sport, has spent the entirety of head coach Kirby Cannon’s tenure turning players into physical marvels, and hopes that hard work will result in victories on the field in 2014.

A new weight training facility strictly dedicated to football will be included in the Governors Stadium renovation in the coming years.
