Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police report that Timothy True Hutcherson, who was in jail on multiple felony charges, was released to a furlough by a court order and failed to return to the Montgomery County Jail at the completion of his furlough and is currently at large.
Hutcherson was incarcerated for a sentence imposed by general session’s court and pending trial on Homicide, Two Count of Attempted Murder, Three Counts of Aggravated Assault, Two Counts of Possession of a Firearm during Felony, and Reckless Endangerment.

The court granted Hutcherson a furlough for 3 hours, January 6th, 2019, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm to attend his father’s funeral.
Hutcherson did not return at the time designated by the court.
The Clarksville Police Department, Montgomery Sheriff’s Office, took immediate action to attempt to locate Hutcherson, but have not located him as of yet.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office has an active felony Escape warrant for Hutcherson and has coordinated with the U.S. Marshall’s Service for their involvement in locating Hutcherson.
