Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police say after James Michael Gouch’s photo and information was released through social and media outlets, he made the decision to contact the detective and arrange to turn himself in at the police precinct today, Wednesday, May 1st, 2019.
After interviewing Gouch additional charges were filed in association with fraudulent use of another credit card at local businesses.
James Michael Gouch, age 25 was booked into the Montgomery County Jail and charged with: Vehicle Burglary, Five Counts of Fraudulent Use of Credit Card, and Five Counts of Identity Theft.
His bond is set at $110,000.
