Clarksville Police Department reports Missing Person Melanie Fraley has been found

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department (CPD) reports that Melanie Fraley has been located and she is safe.

Melanie was reported missing on August 31st, 2023, and had been last seen at a residence on Roan Drive on August 25th.
