Clarksville Police Report Missing Clarksville Woman Patricia Delavega Found Safe in Russellville, KY

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department (CPD) reports that Patricia Delavega was located in Russellville, Kentucky, and she is safe. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) had issued a Silver Alert on Wednesday.
