Clarksville, TN – Kendall Anne Thompson first graced the stage of the Roxy Regional Theatre on September 17th, 2010 as the green girl in “SHOUT! The Mod Musical”. Her natural charisma, charm and talent made her an instant favorite of Roxy patrons.
“She will forever be known to Roxy fans as ‘The Green Girl,’ a moniker she justifiably won while performing her star turn last season in ‘Shout: The Mod Musical’” stated John McDonald.

Kendall Anne Thompson Concludes a Year-Long Run at the Roxy with “Beehive”

Clarksville, TN – Kendall Anne Thompson will forever be known to Roxy fans as “The Green Girl,” a moniker she justifiably won while performing her star turn last season in “Shout: The Mod Musical”.
So, we color-coded her in green again for her farewell performance in “Beehive: The ‘60s Musical Sensation”. When Beehive closes this weekend, she takes with her a piece of our hearts and leaves with a cache of credits — The Sound of Music (Maria), Almost Heaven, The Civil War, Bea(u)tiful in the Extreme (Sacagawea), Doubt (Sister James), Hamlet (Ophelia), A Christmas Carol (Belle/Mary), Tape (Amy), Around the World in 80 Days (Aouda), Dracula (Vampiress) — credits which would be coveted by any actress at the end of a long career, but even more so by someone so young, so talented and so giving an artist. Kendall has thrilled this senior citizen and awakened feelings I had long forgotten, some parental and a few prurient.

“Around the World in 80 Days” is an amazing journey at the Roxy Regional Theatre
Clarksville, TN – Around the World in 80 Days to put it mildly is a classic written by that visionary science fiction author Jules Verne in 1873. The story follows Phileas Fogg and and his manservant Passepartout as they move heaven and earth to win a bet made at the Reform Club in London England, that it is indeed possible to travel around the world in just 80 days; and the adventures they found along the way.
This is the challenging production that the Roxy Regional Theatre in Historic Downtown Clarksville is currently putting on. Featuring the dashing Nate Washburn as Phileas Fogg, and Travis Kendrick as the effaceable Passepartout. There are 6 actors playing a total of 31 roles; so this is a show with non-stop action.

ARTifacts Emporium is featuring the artistry of Rachel Ison & Patty Stinnett. When asked about her jewelry, Rachel Ison says, “I enjoy working with a variety of mediums my favorite, by far, is wire. Bending, shaping and showcasing stones with wire to create one-of-a kind pieces adds to the happiness of my life.
Patty says, “Decorating at our home has always involved using antiques and vintage items. Family influence could be a factor in my choices for my parents and grandparents also appreciated and used vintage things. Danger, romance, and comic surprises abound as Ryan Bowie, Jay Doolittle, Lisa MacAfee, Collin Smith, Kendall Anne Thompson and Nate Washburn portray thirty-nine characters in Mark Brown’s adaptation of the Jules Verne classic.
