Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office asks public help in locating Four Persons with Warrants

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – The Public is being asked to help the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office locate four individuals with outstanding warrants.

MCSO is looking for Joshua David Shandle (eight warrants), Shaun Austin Swift (five warrants), Shawnquavious Kiwane Kelly (three warrants), and Tiffany Dawn Miller (three warrants).

If anyone recognizes any of these individuals please call Criminal Warrants at 931.648.0611 ext. 13200.

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – In an effort to educate the public and promote safer driving habits, the Clarksville Police Department has compiled some statistics related to motor vehicle crashes for 2018 in the city limits of Clarksville.

The 2018 estimates for population within the city limits of Clarksville is approximately 153,000 and with inclusion of the county, pushes the population directly influencing traffic within city limits to about 200,000.

Clarksville Police Department reports that in 2018, there were 7220 crashes compared to 6684 in 2017, an increase of 536 crashes.

Clarksville Police locate Brendan Earl, Runs, and Forces His way into a Residence

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Today, July 26th, 2018 around 8:30am, Clarksville Police tracked down Brendan Earl, who had an Aggravated Assault warrant on file, to a residence on Lafayette Road.

When he saw Police, he took off running. He ran through a wood line and climbed a fence to evade officers. He ended up in the back yard of a residence at the 100 block of Charlemagne Drive.

Clarksville Police Department releases DUI Checkpoint/Saturation Patrols results from June 29th

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On June 29th, 2019 between the hours of 8:00pm and 4:00am, the Tennessee Highway Patrol and Clarksville Police Department conducted a DUI Checkpoint/saturation patrol on Kraft Street.

Officers were looking for impaired drivers and took enforcement action on any other observed violation.

269 vehicles went through the checkpoint and 191 charges (72 of those were warnings) were issued.

Clarksville, TN – On October 20th, 2017 thru October 21st, 2017 between the hours of 8:00pm and 4:00am, the Clarksville Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office conducted a DUI Checkpoint and saturation patrol to find and remove impaired drivers from the streets of Clarksville.

During this time, there were 66 vehicles through the checkpoint and 90 charges.

Clarksville Police reports Rollover Crash Sends One to the Hospital

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – According to Clarksville Police, a Pontiac minivan driven by a 36 old female was traveling southbound on Charlemagne Boulevard, ran a stop sign while making a left turn onto Dover Road almost hitting another car.

She drove into oncoming traffic and collided with a Honda Accord traveling eastbound on Dover Road, driven by a 22 year old female, causing the minivan to flip over.

Clarksville Police release Hands Across the Border DUI Checkpoint and Saturation Patrol stats

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On May 19th, 2017 between the hours of 8:00pm and 4:00am, the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Kentucky State Police, Christian County Sheriff’s Department, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Hopkinsville Police Department, Clarksville Police Department, and several other law enforcement agencies conducted a DUI Checkpoint/saturation patrol on US41-A near the State line.

Troopers, Deputies, and Officers were looking for impaired drivers and took enforcement action on any observed violation. During this time, there were 427 vehicles through the checkpoint.

Clarksville, TN – On Friday, May 5th, 2017, 11:00pm thru Saturday, May 6th, 2017, 4:00am, the Clarksville Police Department and Tennessee Highway Patrol conducted a DUI Checkpoint and saturation patrol to find and remove impaired drivers from the streets of Clarksville.

During this time, there were 360 vehicles through the checkpoint and 179 charges.
