Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department welcomed Joshua Billotte as the newest officer to the ranks of their crime fighting team Monday morning, December 17th, 2018.

Officer Billotte comes to the Clarksville Police Department as a certified officer with four years of law enforcement experience from Metro Nashville Police Department. Laurie Matta, Director of Finance, administered the oath of office to Officer Billotte.
