Clarksville Police reports Cadillac CTS crashes into Grandview Park Apartments

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Saturday, August 15th, 200, at approximately 5:42pm, Clarksville Police officers were dispatched to the scene of a single-vehicle crash at 376 South Lancaster Road.

They discovered that a Cadillac CTS had crashed through the gate at the dead-end of Lancaster Road and came to rest partially inside of a first-floor apartment at Grandview Park Apartments.

Clarksville Police Officers arrest Two Juveniles for Robbing Pizza Delivery Worker

 

Arrest made only a Day after the Incident due to Excellent Police Work

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Monday, June 1st, 2015, due to Clarksville Police Officer Todd Bell’s excellent police work and CPD Detective Andy Hurst’s investigative skills, two juveniles were arrested for the pizza delivery worker Robbery that occurred at Orchard Park Apartments on May 31st, 2015 only one day after the incident.

It all started when Officer Bell responded to a suspicious person with a weapon call near the intersection of Minglewood Drive and Cunningham Lane.  Officer Bell observed the suspect throw a gun into the wood line. Clarksville Police request Public Assistance in Robbery of Pizza Delivery Worker

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Sunday evening, May 31st, 2015 at 10:37pm, Clarksville Police Officers responded to a Robbery at Orchard Park Apartments on the 300 block of South Lancaster Road. A pizza delivery worker (victim) attempted to deliver three pizzas to an apartment only to find out the residents had not ordered any pizza.

The victim stated that as he walked back to his vehicle, he heard footsteps coming from behind him. He then stated that he was jumped by two or three males, and he fell to the ground. «Read the rest of this article»

Clarksville Police report 70 year old Man Robbed in his Front Yard

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On June 20th, 2012, around 4:30pm, a 70 year old man had just pulled his vehicle into his Hadley Drive residence and a male approached him. The male asked the 70 year old a few questions, then suddenly grabbed him and forced the victim against his vehicle.

While the victim was wrestling with the man, he had his glasses knocked off and the robber was able to get his wallet. The robber then fled on foot and got into a white car and left the scene.

Four Men charged with Aggravated Robbery

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On November 26th, 2011, a 18 year old man got more than he bargained for after convincing a woman from “Facebook” to meet him for sex. Little did he realize the information had been passed on to the woman’s boyfriend who now wanted to “talk” to the 18 year old.

After the 18 year old met the woman, they drove to a parking lot in the 1600 Block of Fort Campbell Boulevard. The woman then got out of the vehicle. The 18 year old was parked in the lot using his phone when the driver side door was opened and a man started punching him in the face and arms.

Matthew Burch, Jermaine Cooper Jr., Larry Green Jr. and Antwom Mitchell were arrested Thursday for Aggravated Robbery.

Stun Gun Used in Robbery

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On November 3rd, 2011, around 8:15pm, officers were called to the scene of a robbery of a business in the 1300 Block of Fort Campbell Boulevard. Two men entered the store with masks, assaulted and robbed the 32 year old clerk.  When the robbers fled from the scene, they dropped a stun gun and handgun at the scene.

Officers and Sheriff’s Deputies arrived on scene and started to comb the area looking for the suspects. MCSO’s K-9 Officer,  Deputy Kelly Potter, located one of the suspect’s, Melvin Banks hiding behind an air conditioner at a house in the area. Banks was taken into custody. After Banks was taken into custody, officers took on the task of piecing the details of the robbery together.
