Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police say that today, October 2nd, 2019, around 11:35am, a 66 year old man was parking his pickup at F&M Bank, 2698 Madison Street and instead of hitting the brake to stop, he accidentally pushed the gas pedal.
The vehicle sped forward, crashed though the front doors of the bank into the inside of the bank, and then came to a stop.
Clarksville, TN – On Thursday, September 12th, 2019, around 8:30pm, Clarksville Police Officers responded to a crash on Fort Campbell Boulevard and Durret Drive.
A Chevy Cruze was leaving the Arby’s parking lot and turning left onto Fort Campbell Boulevard.
The driver failed to yield the right of way and pulled out in front of the motorcycle.
Clarksville Police report Motorcycle rider dies from Vehicle Accident at Tiny Town Road, Cainlo Drive
Clarksville, TN – On Thursday, September 12th, 2019, Clarksville Police Officers responded to a crash at Tiny Town Road and Cainlo Drive around 7:09pm.
The driver of a Toyota Solara passenger car struck a motorcycle. The driver of the Toyota Solara was making a left turn from Cainlo Drive to Tiny Town Road. The driver was attempting to merge to the continuous left turn lane.
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department is making citizens in the area of Exit 1 aware of a white BMW which wrecked on Interstate-24 around 11:50am, after being pursued from Illinois through multiple Kentucky jurisdictions before it crashed near Exit 1.
At that point, the Clarksville Police Department was notified and got involved in looking for the white male that bailed out of the vehicle stolen from a rest stop in Missouri with some kittens inside.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police (CPD) have charged Travis Burkhart, age 23, with Vehicular Assault after a motorcycle and pickup accident that occurred Saturday, July 20th, 2019 around 10:30pm at intersection of Fort Campbell Boulevard and Concord Drive.
Travis Burkhart was driving a 2008 Dodge pickup south on Fort Campbell Boulevard and attempted to make a left turn to Concord Drive.
Clarksville, TN – According to Clarksville Police, on Tuesday, July 2nd, 2019, around 2:10pm, a five year old female child standing with a woman at a bus stop on Providence Boulevard near Peachers Mill Road was struck after two cars were involved in a collision.
A Chevy Impala driven by a 53 year old female was making a right out of a private driveway to go north on Providence Boulevard and pulled out in front of a Nissan Altima driven by an 18 year old female traveling north on Providence Boulevard.
Clarksville Police report Hit and Run sends Vehicle crashing into Building on Fort Campbell Boulevard
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Officer David Colvin responded to a crash at the intersection of Fort Campbell Boulevard and Lealand Drive on Sunday, June 9th, 2019 at 6:11pm.
A 2013 Mini Cooper driven by a 30 year old man was traveling South on Fort Campbell Boulevard about the intersection of Lealand Drive in the center lane of travel.
Clarksville, TN – On June 4th, 2019, at approximately 12:11pm, Clarksville Police report a 2014 silver Dodge Ram 1500PU, driven by a 28 year old woman, was headed South on Trenton Road, and was turning left to 4015 Trenton Road, Exxon.
A 2017 black Harley Davidson motorcycle, driven by a man in his 50s, was headed west on Tylertown Road and turned north to Trenton Road.
Clarksville, TN – Today, Tuesday, May 4th, 2019 around 12:30pm, Clarksville Police say a 71 year old man was riding a motor scooter, traveling west on Madison Street in the left lane.
There was a pickup truck with a trailer driven by a 29 year old male traveling west on Madison Street in the right lane. The pickup truck had partially passed the motor scooter when the motor scooter rider signaled to change to the right lane and did not realize the trailer portion had not passed yet.
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department is requesting that the public avoid Riverside Drive northbound between Spring Street and North Second Street until further notice.
Officers are currently working a crash involving a Dump Truck that has overturned and blocked all northbound traffic at McDonalds. At this time we are unable to provide an estimated time when the road will be reopen.
It is strongly recommended that citizen find an alternate route.
