Clarksville Parks and Recreation to hold their second annual Spring Eggstravaganza

Clarksville, TN – Hop on over to the Heritage Park Soccer Complex for the 2010 Spring Eggstravaganza presented by The City of Clarksville’s Parks & Recreation Department and Grace Community Church!

Join them Sunday, March 28th from 2:00m-5:00pm for games, The Clarksville Family Magazine Petting Zoo, a three-legged-race, an egg-on-a-spoon-race and the hunting of over 20,000 eggs. Kids can even pay a visit to the Easter Bunny himself!

The first annual Clarksville, TN Easter Egg Hunt

Clarksville Online  covered the easter egg hunt last year. 

Times for the egg hunts will be:

  • Ages 0-2 years, 2:30 p.m. (Must be accompanied an adult)
  • Ages 3-5 years, 3:00 p.m.
  • Ages 6-8 years, 4:00 p.m.
  • Ages 9-12 years 4:30 p.m.

Races:

  • Egg-on-Spoon Race, 3:15 p.m.
  • Three-Legged Race, 3:30 p.m.

Don’t forget to pick up a copy of Clarksville Family Magazine to enter the coloring contest! Winners will receive a head start in their egg hunt and a chocolate bunny!

In anticipation for this event, the Easter Bunny will also be hopping on over to three of our community centers to meet with kids and share his eggs! Join him March 16th from 5:30-6:30p.m. at Crow Community Center and then at Burt Cobb Community Center March 18th from 4:30-5:30p.m. and again from 6-7p.m. at Kleeman Community Center.
