Clarksville, TN – On June 12th, 2012, around 1:00pm, a woman told an 81 year old man, who was driving in the Marina park area, that she was a representative of the Clarksville Police Department and citing him for a motor vehicle violation.
She said the violation would cost $600.00 but would cut him a break and take $400.00. They both went to the bank where he withdrew $400.00 and gave it to the woman.
