Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) reports that on Thursday, December 18th through Monday, December 22nd, from 9:00am-3:00pm, (excluding weekend), there will be alternating lane closures on SR 13 in both directions, from MM 17 to MM 18, for bridge inspection on C.C. McClure Bridge.
TDOT Maintenance: Middle Tennessee
On Thursday, December 18th through Monday December 22nd, from 9:00am-3:00pm, and Tuesday, December 23rd, from 9:00am-12Noon, and Monday, January 5th through Wednesday January 7th, from 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as-needed basis:
- I-24 Cheatham, Davidson, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
- I-65 Davidson, Robertson, and Williamson Counties
- I-40 Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, and Humphreys Counties
On Thursday, December 18th through Monday, December 22nd, from 9:00am-3:00pm, and Tuesday December 23rd, from 9:00am-12Noon, and Monday, January 5th through Wednesday January 7th, from 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee for tree trimming and removal on an as-needed basis:
- I-24 Cheatham, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
- I-65 Maury and Robertson Counties
- I-40 Cheatham, Dickson, Hickman and Humphreys Counties
Bridge Replacement on I-40 over the Harpeth River
From now through July 2016, Anderson Road at the I-40 overpass will be closed. Detours are in place.
Bridge Repair on SR 45 (Old Hickory Blvd) over the Cumberland River
From now through November 2015, Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction on SR 45 in Old Hickory due to bridge repair. One lane will remain open in each direction.
Pedestrian Crosswalk Bridge Repair over I-40 near 2nd Avenue
On Friday, December 19th, from 9:00pm through Monday, December 22nd, 5:00am, there will be a lane closure on I-40 in both directions, between MM 210 and MM 211, for work on the pedestrian bridge. Two lanes will remain open westbound and one lane will remain open eastbound. Also, the I-40 on-ramp from 2nd Avenue will be closed. Detour signs will be in place.
