Main was responsible for hundreds of drug arrests, from small amounts of controlled substances to multiple pounds of marijuana.

He located multiple weapons during searches that had been discarded by suspects that committed felonious crimes such as robberies and shootings. In one particular case, he located a gun which had been discarded by a suspect on a roof.

Main’s original handler, Sgt. Gabe Johnson, worked with him from May 2011 until his promotion in December 2015. Main was then partnered with Officer Seth Paugh until his passing on June 2nd, 2018. Sgt Johnson and Officer Paugh both formed a close bond with Main, which is so common for handlers.
