In addition, the Governors became the first OVC program to break into the Top 50 in the NCAA’s official RPI, which was released for the first time in 2018, Monday.

Stucker, of Johnston, Iowa, earned the Setter of the Week award for the fourth time in the season’s first six weeks and the 18th time in her career. She led the Governors offense to an impressive .268 attack percentage against Murray State and Morehead State.

Stucker averaged 12.29 assists per set during the week, including 49 assists against Murray State and another 37 assists against Morehead State. She now is ranked No. 11 nationally with 11.51 assists per set, pacing APSU to No. 7 nationally in kills, averaging 14.59 per set.

Stucker and the Governors are out to a 14-2 overall record and were ranked No. 48 in the first release of the 2018 NCAA Volleyball RPI.
