Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police report the suicidal man at Hampton Plaza has been resolved without injury.

He surrender to the CPD Tactical team peacefully.

All roadways are back open.

Clarksville Police Tactical Team was able to get the suicidal man to surrender to them.
