Clarksville Gas and Water Department reports Rufus Johnson Road closed for water main leak repair

Traffic detour; Martin Luther King Parkway and Madison Street

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has closed Rufus Johnson Road for water main leak repair. Low water is affecting the vicinity and water service may also be turned off during the work.

Motorists will be detoured to Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway and Madison Street to avoid the work zone.

The water main leak repair is anticipated to be finished and the road reopened by approximately 3:00pm.­­­­­
