Clarksville, TN – On Monday, September 9th, 2019, Montgomery County Sheriff John Fuson conducted a swearing in ceremony for 11 new Deputies.
Family, friends, and coworkers gathered at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office to watch James Wall, Cody Evans, Wendi Potter, James Atkins, Chris Bailey, Joshua Clegg, M. Kyle Cox, Shawn Delle, Matthew Falencik, Amy Lamping, and Jennifer Szczerbiak take the Oath of Office.
“We are excited to welcome these deputies to the MCSO family,” said spokesperson Sandra Brandon.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police responded to an early Wednesday morning crash at Peachers Mill Road and 101st Airborne Division Parkway that resulted in the death of Judy Tapia, a 49-year-old Clarksville resident.
Crash investigators stated a 2007 Toyota Avalon driven by Bradley Vezeau failed to stop for a red light on Peachers Mill Road and crashed into a 1999 Dodge van driven by Christopher Conroy. Tapia, a passenger in the van, was ejected from the vehicle and died from her injuries.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police have released the name of the motorcyclist involved in a hit and run motorcycle crash which occurred on Sunday, July 23rd, 2017 at the 700 Block of Providence Boulevard. The rider of the motorcycle’s name is Ronnie Waller, 31 of Clarksville.
The motorcycle ridden by Waller was traveling south on Providence Boulevard when the crash occurred.
Clarksville Police respond to Hit and Run Crash that leaves Motorcyclist in Extremely Critical Condition
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are investigating a hit and run motorcycle crash which occurred on Sunday, July 23rd, 2017 around 11:54pm at the 700 Block of Providence Boulevard.
There are very few details available in reference to the cause of the crash.
The motorcycle ridden by a 31 year old male was traveling south on Providence Boulevard when the crash occurred.
Clarksville, TN – On Saturday, July 22nd, 2017, Clarksville Police responded to motorcycle fatality at the intersection of Fort Campbell Boulevard and Airport Road. The man who died in the motorcycle crash is Keith M. Peuser, 21 of Clarksville.
Peuser was traveling north on Fort Campbell Boulevard (41-A North) when a Nissan Rogue, driven by a man in his 40s was traveling south on Fort Campbell Boulevard (41-A south).
Clarksville, TN – On Saturday, July 22nd, 2017 around 5:04pm, Clarksville Police report a motorcyclist in his 20s was traveling north on Fort Campbell Boulevard (41-A North) when a Nissan Rogue, driven by a man in his 40s was traveling south on Fort Campbell Boulevard (41-A south).
The driver of the Rogue was making a left turn onto Airport Road from 41-A South, did not yield to the oncoming motorcycle and the motorcyclist collided with the Rogue.
Clarksville, TN – On Thursday, April 6th, 2017, approximately 9:17pm, a 51 year old man (no address given) was attempting to cross the roadway at 1810 Madison Street, which is not a crosswalk area.
He stepped onto the roadway in front of a Chevy Impala, driven by a 57 year old female, traveling eastbound.
Clarksville, TN – On Monday, January 23rd, around 2:00pm, crash between a sedan and a tanker truck blocked traffic and left a woman trapped inside the sedan at Dunbar Cave Road and Warfield Boulevard reports Clarksville Police.
The driver of the Clarksville Gas and Water truck was Ernest Exum, a 42-year-old Clarksville resident. The driver of the red sedan was Kaylynn Ramlow, 22, of Clarksville. Both drivers were injured.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police reported today that a crash between a sedan and a tanker truck blocked traffic and left a woman trapped inside the sedan, shortly before 2:00pm, Monday, January 23rd at Dunbar Cave Road and Warfield Boulevard.
Clarksville Fire Rescue and Montgomery County Emergency Medical Services personnel collaborated in safely extracting the female occupant of the sedan, who was trapped with when the tanker trailer came to rest on top of her vehicle.
Clarksville, TN – A single vehicle crash with a utility pole completely shut down traffic on Woodale Drive between Shalimar Drive and North Magnolia Drive until about Noon because of downed power lines.
The E911 Center dispatched the crash at 10:05am and logged the first officer on the scene at 10:09am. A silver Ford F150 pickup truck had left the roadway and knocked down a utility pole, coming to rest at an angle on an embankment with the driver trapped inside the vehicle.
