Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department reports that there were eight vehicles stolen in Clarksville between August 12th and 13th, 2018. Four of the vehicles were stolen from the lot of Clarksville Auto Sales, and the other four were taken from two separate private residences at Shadowood Road and Glenridge Lane.

The window of Clarksville Auto Sales building was broken, entry was made by multiple males, and car keys, vehicle titles, dealer plates, and cash were taken.

Eight vehicles were stolen in Clarksville between August 12th and 13th according to Clarksville Police.

Clarksville Police report to Pedestrian Hit on Madison Street

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Wednesday, December 20th, 2017 around 10:45pm, Clarksville Police report a woman in her 80s was hit by a Nissan Rogue, driven by a 28 year old male, as she was crossing Madison Street near Golf Lane.

The driver had a green light traveling west on Madison Street when the pedestrian, who was in a crosswalk, walked into the pathway of the oncoming vehicle. The vehicle hit the pedestrian.

Clarksville Police release name of Motorcycle Fatality at Fort Campbell Boulevard and Airport Road

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Saturday, July 22nd, 2017, Clarksville Police responded to motorcycle fatality at the intersection of Fort Campbell Boulevard and Airport Road. The man who died in the motorcycle crash is Keith M. Peuser, 21 of Clarksville.

Peuser was traveling north on Fort Campbell Boulevard (41-A North) when a Nissan Rogue, driven by a man in his 40s was traveling south on Fort Campbell Boulevard (41-A south).

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Saturday, July 22nd, 2017 around 5:04pm, Clarksville Police report a motorcyclist in his 20s was traveling north on Fort Campbell Boulevard (41-A North) when a Nissan Rogue, driven by a man in his 40s was traveling south on Fort Campbell Boulevard (41-A south).

The driver of the Rogue was making a left turn onto Airport Road from 41-A South, did not yield to the oncoming motorcycle and the motorcyclist collided with the Rogue.

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation reports Missing Teen Elizabeth Thomas rescued in California

 

50-Year-Old Suspect Tad Cummins Apprehended, Awaiting Extradition to Tennessee

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – Acting on a tip received by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation late last night, authorities in Siskiyou County, California have rescued Elizabeth Thomas and arrested Tad Cummins, after locating the pair at a rural cabin in Cecilville early this morning.

Thomas, 15, was the subject of a Tennessee AMBER Alert issued on March 14th, after having been kidnapped a day earlier by Tad Cummins, a former teacher at her school in Maury County, Tennessee. On March 17th, the TBI added the 50-year-old to the state’s ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ list.

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – Efforts to locate missing high school freshman Elizabeth Thomas remain active and ongoing as the concern about her relationship with former teacher Tad Cummins – and his intentions for her – only heighten the urgency surrounding this ongoing AMBER Alert in Tennessee and Alabama.

Thomas, 15, disappeared on Monday, March 13th and is believed to have been kidnapped by 50-year-old Tad Cummins, a former teacher at her school in Maury County, Tennessee. On Tuesday, the school district in Maury County terminated Cummins in the wake of an ongoing investigation into alleged inappropriate contact he had with Thomas at the school earlier this year.

TBI adds ongoing Amber Alert suspect Tad Cummins to Tennessee’s “Top 10 Most Wanted” List

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has a new addition to its ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ list: Tad Cummins, of Columbia.

Cummins (DOB 7-1-66) is wanted by the Maury County Sheriff’s Office and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to face charges of Aggravated Kidnapping and Sexual Contact with a Minor.

On March 13th, Cummins kidnapped 15-year-old Elizabeth Thomas.

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – A Tennessee statewide AMBER Alert has been issued by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) on behalf of the Maury County Sheriff Office for 15-year old Elizabeth Thomas.

She is white, blonde hair, hazel eyes, 5’5” and 120 pounds, last seen wearing a flannel shirt and black leggings.She may be in the area of Decatur, Alabama.

Thomas is believed to be in the company of 50-year old Tad Cummins, white male, 6’0”, 200 pounds, brown hair and eyes.
