Blanchfield Army Community Hospital to offer Flu Vaccine at walk-in clinic
The temporary clinic will be open October 28th to November 6th, Monday and Wednesday from 7:00am to 4:00pm and Tuesday from 9:00am to 6:00pm in Bldg. 207 on Bastogne Avenue, next to Bank of America. All TRICARE beneficiaries six months or older, including Soldiers, Retirees and Family members, may receive the vaccine without an appointment with no out-of-pocket expense at the temporary walk-in flu immunization clinic. Individuals will need to show their military ID card before receiving the flu vaccine. ![]() Pfc. Outpatient Soldier care Friday, June 14th will consolidate to LaPointe Health Clinic. Blanchfield Army Community Hospital to offer school, sports physicals this summer
If your child had a school or sports physical completed at one of BACH’s medical homes within the last 12 months and has had no medical changes, it is not necessary to receive another physical. BACH medical home patients who do not need a new physical may contact their care team to have the required school forms completed. Fort Campbell’s Retiree Appreciation Day to be held May 18th during Week of the Eagles
Retiree Appreciation Day begins at 10:00am, with an 11:00am opening ceremony during which Theodore Faulkner, Personnel Processing Branch chief, Retirement Services officer and event organizer, will provide an update of retiree benefits. The guest speaker will be U.S. Rep. Mark E.
