Clarksville Valvoline Instant Oil Change Franchisee named Operator of the Year


Clarksville, TNValvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC), one of the nation’s largest providers of automotive fluid maintenance services, has named Clarksville, Tennessee based franchisee Douglas Wall of Convenient Car Care, LLC., Operator of the Year.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to be recognized with this award, said Wall.  To be named “best of the best” in the country is an amazing thing.  I give all the credit to our employees.  Without their hard work and excellence, we couldn’t have achieved the goals we reached this year.   We couldn’t have done it without them.”

VIOC honored Convenient Car Care, as well as other top-performing franchisees from 2012, at its recent annual franchisee workshop in Las Vegas. VIOC’s Operator of the Year is the franchisee who achieves the most significant operational results and best demonstrates support and use of the VIOC system in terms of service center maintenance, customer service and adherence to established procedures.

Convenient Car Care joined the VIOC franchise in July 1998, and is now operating 12 Valvoline Instant Oil Changes in Central Tennessee and Central Kentucky. Since opening their first service center at 2223 Madison St. Clarksville, Tennessee, Convenient Car Care has added five other Clarksville stores, as well as establishing locations in Donelson, Springfield and Dickson in Tennessee, and Hopkinsville, Franklin and Oak Grove in Kentucky. Convenient Car Care’s goal is to continue growing and achieving top honors as a VIOC franchisee.
