APSU Basketball Bash fundraiser set for Saturday, June 15th

Clarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University’s Governors Club is sponsoring the Basketball Bash, beginning 6:00pm, on June 15th at the Bud Barn on the Charles Hand Farm.

Tickets for the annual Austin Peay basketball fundraiser are $40.00 each and must be purchased in advance. All proceeds for the event benefit both the Governors and Lady Govs basketball programs. Tickets can be bought from Governors Club board members as well as from both basketball staffs.

Social hour begins at 6:00pm followed by a grilled steak and chicken dinner. In addition, a silent auction is planned with items including multiple game-day fan experiences, a limo trip to a Govs basketball game, as well as Coach for a Day honors for the Govs and Lady Govs.

Govs head coach Dave Loos along with Lady Govs head coach Carrie Daniels and their respective staffs will begin serving the dinner, which also includes homemade desserts, at 7:00pm

Mike Bryant and Cindy McElroy, a popular duo in the Clarksville area, will be the featured entertainment for the evening.
