Montgomery County area Tennessee Department of Transportation Maintenance Work starting July 8th, 2013
On Monday July 8th and Tuesday July 9th, 8:00pm-6:00am, there will be alternating one lane closures on I-24 eastbound and westbound in order to install permanent striping. On Monday, July 8th through Wednesday, July 10th, 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be intermittent lane closures in both directions on State Route 374 between mile marker 2.0 and mile marker 3.0 for milling, paving, and striping roadway.This work will be done by Floating Maintenance. (Weather permitting) TDOT Maintenance: Middle TennesseeStarting Monday, July 8th through Wednesday, July 10th, 9:00am-3:00pm, (excluding weekends), there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as needed basis:
Davidson CountyOn Monday, July 8th through Wednesday, July 10th, 9:00am-3:00pm and 7:00pm-1:00am, (excluding weekends), there will be various shoulder closures in Davidson County for rock removal on all interstates. All lanes will remain open. (Weather permitting) On Monday, July 8th through Wednesday, July 10th, 8:00pm-1:00am, (excluding weekends), there will be alternating lane closures on various state routes for crack sealing. One lane will remain open. (Weather permitting) On Tuesday, July 9th, 9:00am-3:00pm, and 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be mobile operations in various locations on the interstates in Davidson County for Drain Cleaning Operations. This will affect the shoulders or inside and outside lanes. On Tuesday, July 9th, 7:00pm-1:00am, (excluding weekends), there will be alternating lane closures in both directions on State Route 155 (Briley Parkway) between mile marker 20 and mile marker 26 for milling and paving. One lane will remain open. (Weather permitting) Houston CountyOn Monday, July 8th through Wednesday, July 10th, 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be alternating lane closures on State Route 46 between the 5.0 mile marker and 6.0 mile marker in Houston County for milling and paving. One lane will remain open. (Weather permitting) Tennessee Department of TransportationMotorists are encouraged to use caution and obey reduced speed limits in all TDOT work zones, regardless of lane closure activity.
