Austin Peay Sports Information
Clarksville, TN – Saturday won’t just be about the annual Red and White Spring Game at Fort Campbell for Austin Peay Athletics. A host of events are designed to engage fans and the community in the hours preceding the 3:30pm kickoff at Fryar Stadium.First, fans have to get on base, which takes a little more than just driving to the stadium like the patrons of red-and-white do on Fall Saturdays.
Visitors with no Military affiliation must enter at Gates 3 and 4 to gain access to Fort Campbell. All adults must have a valid State or government ID, while all drivers must present a valid driver’s license.
All buses and cargo vans (with 12 or more passengers), trailers and additional axles must enter at Gate 7.
After entering, fans will want to proceed to the parking lot at Fryar Stadium.
From each gate, directions are as follows:
- Gate 3: Go through the gate and travel to Tennessee Avenue turn right, then left onto 19th Street to the parking lot.
- Gate 4: Go through the gate and travel to Tennessee Avenue turn left, then right onto 19th Street to the parking lot.
- Gate 7: Go through the gate and travel to Wickham Avenue turn left. Travel south then left onto 19th Street to the parking lot.
The day begins at 11:00am with the Free Youth Football Clinic hosted by the Govs at Fryar Stadium. See here for all details concerning that event.
Fans are invited to participate in Campbell Crossing’s Earth Day Celebration from 1:00pm-4:00pm at The Commons at Werner Park on Indiana Avenue. Entertainment and activities from Nashville Zoo, Snowbird and the WSMV Channel 4 and more line the schedule.
