Clarksville Parks and Recreation announces Kleeman Community Center to host new session of Fun Interval Training program

Clarksville Parks and RecreationClarksville, TN – The Kleeman Community Center, located at 166 Cunningham Lane, is offering a second session of its Fun Interval Training (F.I.T.) program that will kick off on November 3rd and continue through January 15th.

Classes will meet daily, Monday through Thursday from 6:00pm – 7:00pm. Exercises will focus on a different muscle group depending on the day.

The class will take a break from December 22nd through January 2nd for the holidays.

The cost of the entire eight week cycle is $65.00. Register today by visiting recpro.cityofclarksville.com and selecting “Instructional Classes, Lessons, and Camps” from the left-hand tab. From there, select the Kleeman Center tab and register from your very own home!

Registration is also available at all three community centers or our Main Office, located at 102 Public Square.

The F.I.T. Program was created to build the average person into a healthier and fit person. The program brings this concept to the forefront by teaching the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. The program has three levels depending on the goal of the participant.

They can either build endurance, increase muscle mass or do cardio to lose weight. Instructor, Joseph Hart, is an experienced Master Fitness Trainer and accomplished Track and Field athlete. He is ready to inspire and motivate you on your journey to total wellness!
