Stewart County, TN – A Tennessee Bureau of Investigation investigation by TBI Special Agents and investigators with the Stewart County Sheriff’s Office and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office has resulted in the arrest of a Woodlawn man on charges of accessory after the fact and tampering with evidence.
At the request of 23rd District Attorney General Ray Crouch, on September 23rd, 2018, TBI Agents and Sheriffs’ deputies began investigating a homicide that had occurred that day on Rorie Hollow Road in Indian Mound.

During the course of that investigation, Agents developed information that identified David Dover as an individual who was responsible for serving as an accessory after the fact, and fabricating or tampering with evidence.
On Monday, July 23rd, 2019, TBI Agents arrested David Lee Dover (DOB 11/27/1992), and charged him with one count of Fabricating Evidence/ Tampering with Evidence and one count of Accessory After the Fact. He was booked into the Stewart County Jail. Bond has not currently been set pending a hearing.
