Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department reports that the motorcyclist involved in the crash on October 21st, 2023, at the intersection of Fort Campbell Boulevard and Charlemagne Boulevard was pronounced deceased shortly after arriving at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
He has been identified as 19-year-old William Smallwood, a soldier stationed at Fort Campbell, and the next of kin notifications have been made.
This is still an ongoing investigation, and no other information is available for release at this time.
