Four Gangster Disciples sentenced for Murders, Shootings, Drug Trafficking in Clarksville

Nashville, TN –  Following a seven-week jury trial in U.S. District Court earlier this year, a federal jury convicted five members of the Gangster Disciples of multiple counts relating to a racketeering conspiracy and a drug distribution conspiracy, which plagued the Clarksville, Tennessee area with violence and murders for more than a decade, announced U.S. Attorney Don Cochran for the Middle District of Tennessee and Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division.

Marcus Termaine Darden, aka, “Tuff,” 41, and Elance Justin Lucas, aka, “Mac Luke,” 30, both of Guthrie, Kentucky; Derrick Lamar Kilgore, aka, “Smut,” 35, and DeCarlos Titington, aka, “Los,” 44, both of Clarksville, Tennessee, were convicted at trial.

ATF offers $ 5,000 reward in Murfreesboro Gun Store Theft

 

Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)Murfreesboro, TN – The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) in conjunction with the Murfreesboro Police Department, and the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), the trade association for the firearms industry, are offering a reward of up to $ 5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction for those responsible for the theft of firearms from On Target, a federal firearm licensee (FFL).

On November 3rd, 2017, On Target, 915 North Thompson Lane, Murfreesboro, Tennessee was burglarized and approximately 24 firearms were reported stolen to the Murfreesboro Police Department.

TBI reports Joint Investigation into Sale of Counterfeit Pills leads to arrest of Murfreesboro Man

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – An investigation by Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and other Middle Tennessee law enforcement agencies into the distribution of fake Percocet pills has resulted in the arrest of a Murfreesboro man.

TBI Special Agents with the Drug Investigation Division joined detectives with the Murfreesboro Police Department, the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office and the Drug Enforcement Administration, in tracking the source of pills that have contributed to multiple drugs overdoses that have occurred in the Murfreesboro area in the past week.

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation reports 22 People Indicted in Joint Middle Tennessee Drug Investigation

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – Investigators from The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Drug Investigation Division, the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office, and the Murfreesboro Police Department have obtained indictments for 22 individuals accused of being involved in a large-scale drug operation.

TBI indicts Andrew Hotte of Rutherford County on Child Pornography Charges

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has obtained indictments for a Rutherford County man charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.

TBI Agents, with the assistance of officers with the Murfreesboro Police Department and the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office, began an investigation in 2013 to identify subjects in Tennessee using peer-to-peer networks to traffic in child pornography.

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation arrests Top 10 Fugitive in Multi-Agency Effort in Murfreesboro

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – A multi-agency effort has led to the capture of a man listed on the TBI’s “10 Most Wanted” List.

In recent weeks, the Maury County Sheriff’s Department developed information indicating Deterines Cortae Cathey, 24, of Columbia, Tennessee, was in Murfreesboro, in the vicinity of Middle Tennessee State University.

Rutherford county Top Ten Most Wanted in Custody

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has removed a Middle Tennessee man from the state’s most wanted fugitive list after he was taken into custody this morning by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Nashville, TN.

Shondell Latete Frazier, 35, of Murfreesboro, TN was captured this morning at approximately 11:00am at the Knights Inn located at North 1st Street and Jefferson. He was arrested without incident.

Shondell Latete FrazierFrazier was wanted by the Murfreesboro Police Department on five counts of rape, five counts of incest and probation violation.

Earlier this year, the Murfreesboro Police Department received information that Frazier had a sexual relationship with a minor female. Evidence in the case was presented to the grand jury and Frazier was subsequently indicted.

Frazier was booked into the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office.
