Nashville, TN – Following a seven-week jury trial in U.S. District Court earlier this year, a federal jury convicted five members of the Gangster Disciples of multiple counts relating to a racketeering conspiracy and a drug distribution conspiracy, which plagued the Clarksville, Tennessee area with violence and murders for more than a decade, announced U.S. Attorney Don Cochran for the Middle District of Tennessee and Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division.
Marcus Termaine Darden, aka, “Tuff,” 41, and Elance Justin Lucas, aka, “Mac Luke,” 30, both of Guthrie, Kentucky; Derrick Lamar Kilgore, aka, “Smut,” 35, and DeCarlos Titington, aka, “Los,” 44, both of Clarksville, Tennessee, were convicted at trial.

Nashville, TN – Investigators from The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Drug Investigation Division, the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office, and the Murfreesboro Police Department have obtained indictments for 22 individuals accused of being involved in a large-scale drug operation.

TBI Agents, with the assistance of officers with the Murfreesboro Police Department and the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office, began an investigation in 2013 to identify subjects in Tennessee using peer-to-peer networks to traffic in child pornography.

Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has removed a Middle Tennessee man from the state’s most wanted fugitive list after he was taken into custody this morning by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Nashville, TN.
Shondell Latete Frazier, 35, of Murfreesboro, TN was captured this morning at approximately 11:00am at the Knights Inn located at North 1st Street and Jefferson. He was arrested without incident.
Frazier was wanted by the Murfreesboro Police Department on five counts of rape, five counts of incest and probation violation.
Earlier this year, the Murfreesboro Police Department received information that Frazier had a sexual relationship with a minor female. Evidence in the case was presented to the grand jury and Frazier was subsequently indicted.
Frazier was booked into the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office.
Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has added a Middle Tennessee man to the state’s most wanted fugitive list after he was indicted by the Rutherford County Grand Jury earlier this month and hasn’t been located by authorities.
