Tennessee Titans
Nashville, TN – In Week 5 of the 2015 season, the Tennessee Titans hosted the Buffalo Bills at Nissan Stadium and ultimately fell to the Bills by a score of 14-13. After taking a 10-0 lead midway through the third quarter, the Titans failed to hold on as they conceded two late-game touchdowns and fell to a 1-4 record on the season.
Following a scoreless first quarter, it was Tennessee who got on the board first. K Ryan Succop nailed a 21-yard field goal early in the second quarter for a 3-0 Titans lead.

The game remained 3-0 until the third quarter, as rookie QB Marcus Mariota led the Titans on a seven-play, 39-yard touchdown drive. RB Antonio Andrews converted on a one-yard touchdown run to put Tennessee up 10-0. However, with just over a minute to play in the third quarter, Blls QB Tyrod Taylor ran for a 22-yard touchdown to get Buffalo on the board, 10-7.
Succop increased the Titans’ lead to 13-7 early in the fourth quarter on a 41-yard field goal, before Buffalo responded again with 5:25 to play. Bills WR Chris Hogan caught a two-yard touchdown pass from Taylor as Buffalo took the lead for the first time in the contest, 14-13.
The Titans had a chance to come back with 1:41 remaining in the game until Mariota was intercepted by Bills CB Stephon Gilmore. Buffalo ran out the clock and sealed a victory in Nashville.
Mariota led the Titans in both passing and rushing yards, throwing for 187 and running for 47. Tennessee WR Justin Hunter recorded 38 yards on four receptions while TE Delanie Walker recorded 36 yards on four receptions. LB Wesley Woodyard led the Titans defense with 10 tackles, while DT Jurrell Casey and OLB Derrick Morgan added 1.5 sacks apiece. The Titans also won the time of possession battle by over a 10-minute margin, maintaining control of the ball for 35:31.
