Clarksville, TN – Crisis Negotiators with the Clarksville Police Department (CPD) successfully negotiated with the barricaded individual, who peacefully surrendered at 3:20pm.
He has been taken into custody and is being charged with two counts of Reckless Endangerment and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
There have been no reported injuries, and no additional information is available for release at this time.
