Greeneville resident Jessica Parkins Winner of First Youth Elk Hunt Permit
A 14-year old rising ninth grader at South Greene High School, Jessica was selected in a random computer drawing from a pool of almost 300 applicants from ages 13-16. TWRA to auction off Fifth Permit for 2012 Elk Hunt on Ebay July 19th-29th
Since the elk hunt was implemented in 2009, the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) has donated a permit to a Non-Governmental Organization to join four others who were selected from a computer drawing.
