Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department has turned off water service on a section of Arrow Lane between Hornbuckle Road and Archer Place due to water main leak repair. Low water pressure may also affect the vicinity during the work.
The water main repair is anticipated to be finished and water service restored by approximately 10:00pm.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on Highway 76 and the Exit 11 area including Windermere Drive and Hornbuckle Road areas to repair a water main leak.
The following roads will be included in the water outage and may also be affected by low water pressure throughout the duration of the repair work.
Clarksville Police Department releases Alcoholic Beverage Commission Operation results from February 2nd, 2017
Clarksville, TN – The most recent Clarksville Police Department operation targeting the sale of alcohol to underage persons resulted in no violations, and the Special Operations Unit Commander, Captain Craig Gipson was far from disappointed. “This is the first time that such an operation has been conducted where there was 100 percent compliance,” stated Gipson.
The February 2nd, 2017 operation included compliance checks at fifteen local businesses. Every business was found in compliance and no citations were issued.
Clarksville, TN – CDE Lightband currently has an outage affecting Hwy 76 from Madison Street to Hornbuckle Road, Old Farmers Road, Trough Springs Road from Hwy 76 to Sango Road, Vaughn Road, Fire Station Road, Sango Road from Hwy 76 to Trough Springs, Windemere Drive, Hornbuckle Road (Countryside Est, Deertrail Est, Gateway Village Apts, Holly Pointe, Mathews Court, Paula Heights, Red River Est, Ridgewood, Royal Oaks, Savannah, Savannah West, Townsend Court, Townhouses, Wimbledon, Windemere Subdivisions).
Crews and engineers are en route to locate the problem to get the power restored as quickly as possible.
Clarksville Police Department releases Alcoholic Beverage Commission Operation results from June 30th, 2015
Clarksville, TN – On Tuesday, June 30th, 2015 Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) Agents of the Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operations Unit conducted compliance checks on 17 businesses targeting sales of alcohol to persons under the age of 21.

Clarksville, TN – On Wednesday, April 1st, 2015 Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Agents of the Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operations Unit conducted compliance checks on 18 businesses targeting sales of alcohol to underage persons.
Only 1 of the businesses checked was cited for selling alcohol to underage persons.

Clarksville Police Department releases Alcoholic Beverage Commission Operation results from May 15th, 2014
Clarksville, TN – On Thursday, May 15th, 2014 Agents of the Clarksville Police Departments Special Operations Unit conducted ABC operations targeting sales of alcohol to minors. Compliance checks were completed on 11 stores with 3 of those stores being cited for selling of alcohol to minors.
These operations are ongoing. Agent Tanner Pew is the lead investigator.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are asking for the public’s assistance identifying two suspects that worked together to lure an employee out of her office and steal cash/checks from the Hornbuckle Road business.
While the employee was out of the office, one of the men entered and took a cash deposit bag with an undisclosed amount of cash and checks.
Clarksville, TN – From now through Sunday, March 18th, the Boy Scouts of America Troop 503 (Chartered Organization is the Hilldale Civitan Club) will be having a smoked meat fundraiser. The meats to be cooked are 10-pound Boston Butt, 3-4 pound Whole Chicken and/or Rack of Ribs. All sales are pre-order.
