Knoxville, TN – The Tennessee Lady Vols basketball team (12-7, 1-5 SEC) is back in action on Sunday in its third of four straight home games, as LSU (12-6, 3-3 SEC) comes to Thompson-Boling Arena for the annual “Live Pink, Bleed Orange” game.
The contest’s visibility will be used to raise awareness toward the fight against breast cancer. UT head coach Holly Warlick and LSU’s Nikki Fargas have been active participants in that fight with their fundraising organization Champions for a Cause.

Knoxville, TN – No. 10/10 Tennessee Lady Vols basketball team (12-1, 1-0 SEC) plays its second straight game against a team with a Tiger mascot, as Missouri (12-3, 1-0 SEC) comes to town for a Sunday matinee. Tip-off is slated for 1:02pm CT at Thompson-Boling Arena, with the game being broadcast by ESPN2 and the Lady Vol Radio Network.
On Thursday night, the Tennessee Lady Vols improved to 31-6 all-time and 6-1 during the Holly Warlick era in SEC openers, outlasting a talented Auburn team (12-2, 0-1 SEC) on the road, 78-69. The win was UT’s fourth straight after suffering its only loss on December 18th to No. 8/9 Stanford in Knoxville, 95-85.

Knoxville, TN – No. 10/10 Tennessee (11-1) heads out on the road to open SEC play on Thursday night, paying a visit to an Auburn team that is 12-1 and undefeated in six home games this season. The Lady Vols, who closed out a four-game home stand with an 84-76 victory over Belmont on Sunday afternoon, are 2-0 in true road games and 4-0 away from Knoxville this season, including a pair of neutral site victories. Tennessee won at Oklahoma State and No. 12/12 Texas and defeated Clemson and UAB at the Junkanoo Jam in Bimini, Bahamas, earlier this season.

This marks the return to the hardwood for both squads after they last played on December 21st before going on holiday break. The Lady Vols return to The Summitt after defeating in-state foe East Tennessee State, 80-61, last Friday night in Knoxville.

Knoxville, TN – In one of women’s basketball’s classic rivalries, No. 9/9 Tennessee (8-0) and No. 11/11 Stanford (7-1) face off Tuesday, December 18th in the 36th meeting between these storied programs. Tip-off is slated for 5:02pm CT at Thompson-Boling Arena, with the game available on the SEC Network and the Lady Vol Radio Network.
The Lady Vols will have gone eight complete days between games, entering with the momentum of an 88-82 victory over No. 12/12 Texas in Austin on December 9th. Stanford, meanwhile, comes to Knoxville after a 68-63 home win over No. 3/4 Baylor on Saturday.

Knoxville TN – No. 9/9 Tennessee (7-0) and No. 12/12 Texas (7-1) renew their rivalry in Austin on Sunday, as these storied programs meet for the 40th time during the 40-year run of a series that began on December 8th, 1978, on a campus with an original footprint of land known as the “Forty Acres.” Tip-off is slated for 12:02 Central (1:02 ET), with the game available on ESPN2 and the Lady Vol Radio Network.
UT head coach Holly Warlick, then a junior, started at point guard for the Lady Vols in that first UT/UT match-up, leading her squad to an 84-60 victory over the Longhorns in Columbia, MO, at the Midwestern Classic Tournament.

Knoxville, TN – No. 9/9 Tennessee (6-0) is back at Thompson-Boling Arena on Wednesday, December 5th at 6:00pm CT, as the Lady Vols welcome Stetson (1-6) to Knoxville. The game will be available on SECN+ and the Lady Vol Radio Network.
This will mark UT’s first home appearance since November 18, when the Big Orange raced past Florida A&M, 96-31.
The Lady Vols remained perfect on the season on Sunday, as they erased a 43-40 halftime deficit with a 19-3 burst to open the third quarter en route to victory over previously-unbeaten Oklahoma State (6-1) at Gallagher-Iba Arena in Stillwater.
